This program revealed the difficulties of making contact with graduates of homeless programs. We believe it is important to establish the basis for ongoing communication at the time a resident graduates from the program. Even with a basis for ongoing communication, only those programs with a strong commitment to maintaining such contact will likely succeed. We would consider supporting one or more programs in this type of effort.
